They use illustrative data and automated heuristics, do not constitute a vendor security rating, audit, certification, or professional advice, and must not be relied upon for procurement, compliance, or risk decisions. Formal assessments are delivered only under a written engagement.

3. No professional-services relationship

Using this website does not create a consulting, advisory, or contractual relationship with Trace. Such a relationship begins only upon a signed agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, and marks on this site are owned by Trace or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission, except as permitted by fair use.
